Getting Started: How to Connect Your Calendar and Join Your First Meeting

Welcome to Auto Join Meetings! Let's set up your ultimate virtual assistant so you never miss the start of a meeting again.

Step 1: Connect your Calendar Provider Our extension works seamlessly with both Google and Microsoft ecosystems.

  1. Open the extension popup by clicking our icon in your browser toolbar.

  2. Click on Connect Google (for Google Calendar and Google Meet) or Connect Outlook (for Microsoft Teams and Outlook).

  3. You will be redirected to the secure, official login page of Google or Microsoft.

  4. Grant the necessary read-only permissions so we can find your meeting links.

Security Note: We use official OAuth protocols. We never see or store your password, and we only ask for the permissions strictly necessary to read your calendar events.

Step 2: Sync Your Meetings Once connected, the extension will automatically fetch your upcoming meetings for the next 7 days. You can view your schedule directly by clicking the extension icon.

Step 3: Relax! You are all set! Keep your browser open. When it is time for your scheduled meeting, our system will automatically open a new tab with the exact meeting link (Meet, Zoom, Teams, Webex).

How to do a quick test: Want to see the magic happen? Create a fake meeting in your calendar scheduled for 3 minutes from now, add a Google Meet or Teams link to it, and wait. You will see the new tab open automatically at the exact minute!
