How do I redeem an AppSumo lifetime code?

Redeem your code on the redemption page using the email address you want linked to your account. This works even before you've connected your calendar in the extension. Each code can only be redeemed once.

I can't sign in, or I'm signed in but no meetings are showing - what do I do?

If your session expired, reopen the extension popup and sign in again. If you're signed in but see no meetings, make sure your Google or Microsoft calendar is actually connected. If you can't sign in at all, try disabling other extensions that might interfere with the sign-in popup, or use a fresh browser profile.
